Moonlighter Tech is a small group of young, certified tech professionals, offering on-site* computer hardware, software, and network support to homes and small businesses in Ventura County.
We work when you need us most. Anytime. We provide scheduled service calls that fit your busy schedule. We realize that tech support isn't a 9 to 5 job. Sometimes, you're only available at 9 o'clock on a Wednesday night... we're there for you.
As individuals living and raising our families in Ventura County, we know how important it is to stay within a budget. We offer very reasonable rates for all of our services. Something that bigger companies like Geek Squad and Firedog don't care about.

We also provide special 1-Hour in-home training courses to help you, help yourself. If you're new to computers, we have courses just for you, dealing with basic computer maintenance, internet, email, browsing, searching and finding what you want on the internet, instant messaging, and much more.
If you just want to know how to sync your new iPod, set up and use your new Digital Camera and photo-editing software, we'll teach you how to do that too.

Our Rates are reasonable, and affordable to everyone. More affordable than the big chain stores.
Most of our services have basic flat rates for a one time installation or set up. Here is a small example of our rates**.

**Our rates do not include hardware or software prices. If hardware or software is needed, you may purchase these items on your own for us to install, or you may ask us to purchase them for you at no additional fee. We may have specials and promotions that do include hardware and software. Check below.
Moonlighter Tech cannot be held responsible for any electronic data lost due to virus infection, hardware failure or electrical failure. Moonlighter Tech will use every resource possible to avoid loss of data during repair services; however it is the customer’s responsibility to back up all important data prior to requesting services by Moonlighter Tech. Please back up your system regularly, and before requesting repair work. Ask us about our backup solutions.

We'll install the latest Norton Protection software, that will keep you hacker and anti-virus free. We'll also give you a some very helpful tips and advice to protect your identity. (this is a great option for families with kids who frequently visit sites like MySpace and Facebook, protect your children's identities)
